Terms of Service for LeadRover by WebRover Pty Ltd

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by WebRover Pty Ltd (ABN: 32 607 465 538) trading as LeadRover ("LeadRover", "we", "us", or "our") at https://leadrover.com.au/ ("Site") and any related services. By paying for or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

1. Services
• We provide a managed "done-for-you" LinkedIn lead generation and automation service ("Services"). This includes:
1. A 14-day free setup period where our team prepares and launches your LinkedIn automation campaign(s) as soon as practicable (no cost or obligation).
2. Ongoing management, including access to our platform (LeadROVER, a white-labelled tool), campaign setup, optimisation, and operation on your behalf.
3. Handling of outreach (e.g., connection requests, messages, follow-ups) within limits aligned with LinkedIn guidelines.
• The Services are provided on a "best efforts" basis. We do not guarantee any specific results, leads, connections, responses, revenue, ROI, or other outcomes. We make no performance-based promises and offer no refunds tied to results.
  
  
2. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities
• You must:
1. Provide accurate information and access to your LinkedIn profile(s) as reasonably required.
2. Comply with all applicable laws and LinkedIn's User Agreement and policies.
3. Not use the Services for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or in violation of LinkedIn's terms (e.g., no scraping, excessive outreach, or misrepresentation).
4. Be responsible for all activity on your LinkedIn account(s).
• LinkedIn strictly prohibits certain automation activities. Use of any automation carries inherent risks, including account restrictions, limitations, suspension, or permanent bans by LinkedIn. You acknowledge and accept these risks entirely.
  
  
3. No Liability for LinkedIn Impacts
• We are not liable, under any circumstances, for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential effects on your LinkedIn profile, account status, reputation, network, connections, visibility, standing, or any other aspect related to your use of LinkedIn. This includes (without limitation) any restrictions, warnings, suspensions, terminations, loss of connections, reduced reach, or damage to your professional reputation arising from use of the Services or LinkedIn's enforcement of its policies.
  
  
4. Pricing and Payment
• Free Setup Period: 14 days, no charge. Most clients proceed to paid Services; we may decline to continue if unsuitable (e.g., target audience not on LinkedIn or cooperation issues).
• Subscription Fees: Month-to-month, paid in advance. Starting from AUD$995 + GST per LinkedIn profile/month (reduced rates for multiples, e.g., AUD$895 + GST each for 2 profiles). Fees vary based on number of profiles managed. No setup fees or minimum commitment period.
• Payment Methods: Credit card via Stripe or direct debit via Pinch only. No invoicing or other methods.
• Billing: Automatic recurring charges on your chosen payment date. You authorise us to charge the then-current fees.
• Taxes: All fees exclude GST (added where applicable).
• We may adjust fees with 30 days' notice.
  
  
5. Cancellation and Termination
• You may cancel anytime with 7 days' written notice before your next billing date (via email or account dashboard). If notice is insufficient, you will be charged for the next month.
• No refunds for partial months or unused Services.
• We may suspend or terminate Services immediately for breach (e.g., non-payment, misuse), LinkedIn policy violations, or at our discretion (with pro-rata refund for prepaid period if applicable).
• Upon termination, access ends; we may retain data as required by law.
  
  
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for purpose, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), we exclude all liability for:
1. Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
2. Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
3. Any LinkedIn-related issues (as per clause 3). Our total liability (if any) is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Australian law (e.g., ACL consumer guarantees if applicable).
  
  
7. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
  
  
8. Changes to Terms
• We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
